He doesn’t exactly have a name of his own. Some of the Gremlins in Gremlin Village have started calling him “Clock”, and the Clock Tower himself has taken it up as a sort of nickname, since “Gremlin Village Clock Tower” can be a mouthful.
Supposedly, his actual name could be "Glockenspiel"; the name of the clock tower in the Disney Parks.
He is incredibly kind…
… although under certain circumstances, he can’t make any promises.
He is cheerful, although a bit quiet, but incredibly friendly; always polite and punctual (or at least he tries to be, he often comes across as scatterbrained). He's very good with children, although he doesn't care for handling them, or anything small and fragile for that matter. He is quick to greet others, although he can tend to ignore a conversation if he is pre-occupied.
He’s a bit too nice, often trying to choose the most peaceful outcome when that’s really not the best idea. Otherwise, he can be excessively childish in more serious situations.
If he sounds like he's malfunctioning... it probably wouldn't be smart to stick around.
The Gremlins are the Clock Tower’s creators in a sense, and he considers them family.
Arthur happens to be a good friend of Clock as well.
Well, he doesn't exactly have many enemies, per say, but...

Ursula quietly makes her way inside the clocktower until she's amoung the cogs and wheels
She'd this clock had loose screw and was on the nutty side. Now to see what would set him off.
She cracks her knuckles and gets to work
"Hello~"

"Uh Hi.." The clock started, feeling somewhat uneasy about this new person.

"Dearie me, what a mess" she tutted, she picked up a feather duster from the corner and dusts some cobwebs off a cog "is all machinery this dusty?"

"Well it is old.. I've been here for more than 50 years."

"50 years, I would have guessed younger by the sound of your voice"

"Alright, I suppose a little sight seeing won't hurt. Lucky for you, you came right when the ride was up and running." Clock smiles. "I don't get very many visitors, you see."

"Now why would I do that?"

Ursula didn't reply but swam through the river

He goes quiet, now feeling a bit paranoid.

*hops around Wasteland, bored, and eventually comes across the clock tower* Hey! Aren't you that one guy that Uncle Mickey sprayed with a whole bunch of thinner?

He's been doing pretty good. He's been making a few cameos here and there in Disney's latest productions.

It's quite rainy and windy, so he took shelter under the clock tower

Clock was keeping himself sheltered under his hand, sheltering his face and a small section of his body. He was aware of Arthur below him and provided shelter for him as well.

"Oh hello"

"It's times like this that I wish I could be inside.."
