Enchante A tip of the hat from Dr. Facilier. I am a bokor, aka a Voodoo witchdoctor in the marvelous city of New Orleans in the glorious year 1920. Rich people stink, especially Big Daddy LaBouff, struttin' around like he's some cock of the walk. Well, sooner or later, I'll fix that.
Anyway, for all your Voodoo and Hoodoo needs, don't forget ta come see me at Dr. Facilier's Voodoo Emporium...and don't mind the Voodoo dolls and shadows glarin' at ya.

The sun had it's hours used up, and now - it was time for the moon:Β a crescent tonight to take the golden star's place to allow the sky to become it's velvet color and to allow people to crawl into bed for a restful sleep until the next morning, but not this princess. She was far too busy to even think about "sleep."
She sent the thin china plates clattering into the sink as she wiped the sweat off her brow, where her thick black strands of hair hung between her eyes. She brushed them behind her ear quickly before she dove her hands into the bubbling mesh in order to clean the dirty dishes from the business day. She was a princess, she should be living the grand life in a large castle with servants at her every call - but she would much rather live out her dream in Tiana's Place, besides, her prince Naveen was out on some sort of buisness trip.
She was pulled out of her mystical thoughts with the bell of the front door, signaling someone had entered the resturant. She took a quick gaze towards the hanging clock on the wall. 7:30. This was the time they closed. Had she perhaps forgotten to change the open sign to closed? She removed her hands from the subs and grabbed a towel as she made her way out to the front, wiping her hands as she did.
"Oh no." She mouthed to herself as she took notice of the familar bodice. She quickly ducked behind a counter just before she entered the full dining area and watched his movements. How did he get here? How did he find her - and more importantly .. what did he want?

Isabella walked through New Orleans looking at the various shops. She stopped suddenly seeing a 'different' store compared to the others. "Dr. Facilier's Voodoo Emporium? What type of name is that for a store?" She shrugged and decided to look through the window.

In the Emporium was an assortment of...different objects, from voodoo dolls to potions to strange tiki masks.

"What a weird looking store." She decided to go inside and get a closer look.

Upon hearing the door open, a man seemed to appear out of thin air.

She jumped a bit, from him appearing with no warning. "Phew! You startled me. Are you the owner of this shop?"

The man smiled a bit. "Indeed."

"What exactly do you sell here? I've never seen a store like this before, at least not in Danville."

"I sell many things other people would consider....odd."

"Like voodoo stuff." He replies with a shrug.

Isabella looked at it, but still didn't quite get it. "Is it like when you take a doll of someone and can make things happen to the actual person?"
