Arthur walks through Agrabah exploring the busy Arabian market

There were all kinds of places where various merchandise was being sold. It ranged from food to household items such as cooking utensils to some rugs or furniture. Then there was this one booth with a mixture of stuff including what appeared to be an old oil lamp of sorts.Β

Arthur scanned through them all until his eyes fell On the lamp.
His heart skipped a beat.
The last time he saw one of those heβd released an evil genie.
It had caused him nothing but trouble.
He wanted nothing more to do with them.
He almost followed his first instinct and walked away until a stomach churning thought halted him.
What if there was genie in there but it felt into the wrong hands?
No...no he could let that happen.
Not again.
βHow much for the lamp?β Arthur asked the merchant.

"You wish to buy the lamp? Something like this isn't cheap at all. However for you, I'm welling to sell it at a discount so what's your offer?" The man grinned with a voice which would scare away most people.

But Arthur was in it to win it.
He frowned with determination.
βFifty Riyalβ He offered

The man's eyes lit up. "Fifty Riyal!? Eh... uh I mean fifty riyal? Well I guess that will have to do. Very well, fifty riyal it is. Deal?"

The man held out his hand to him and once he had taken the money, he gave the lamp to him. "Pleasure doing business with you sir." He said.

βLikewiseβ He said before running off with it.
The second he was sure he alone in the room he was staying in, he shut all windows and curtains.
Before examining the lamp, it didnβt look dangerous.
He flipped around in his hands a few times. There was Arabic writing that he couldnβt understand.
Maybe Merlin could translate, he thought as he gave it a rub to get some of the muck off of it

The lamp suddenly began to glow a bright blue and sparks were emitted from it before it filled the room with a thick blue smoke. The smoke took on the form of a blue figure shortly after. "Ladies and Gentleman!" Genie's tail turned into a mic, "Please welcome Genie!" A bunch of other "genies" appeared and applauded. Genie himself then looked over at Arthur and grinned. "Say, you're a lot younger than my last master. What may I call you, sonny?"

Arthur felt his face turn white as the genie erupted from his lamp.
The last thing he wanted to happen.
Perhaps if he hadnβt accidently realised an evil genie before this one he would of been happy to see him.
βNot againβ He wailed his head in his hands.

"Not again?" Genie questioned. "Not again what?" Everything vanished and he appeared next to him. "Is something the matter?"

Arthur sighed before looking at the genie.
Actually surprised at the sympathy shown.
βThe last genie I met tricked meβ
If this was this genieβs intention too there was no harm in telling him that, was there?

he gasped. "Oh hello Jafar. Long time no see." He mumbled.

Jafar grinned. "What is this I heard about you giving out wishes to people? A tragic shame you didn't invite me. I just had to come and see for myself, now, didn't I."

"If this is just to get more wishes, you're talking to the wrong genie buster! I'm only granting wishes now to those who truly deserve it and you sir clearly do not, especially after what you did to Aladdin." He glared at him with fire in his eyes.

Jafar pursed his lips.
"What Aladdin did to me was much worse. All I am asking for is an unreasonably large amount of gold..."

He transformed into what looked like a CEO to a business. "Well is that so?" He paced back and forth pretending to think about it. "I'm to have to say... NOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!! Thank you for your cooperation." Genie then turned back to normal.

Jafar gasped, then waved his stave indignantly.
"How dare you say no to me!"

Genie turned into him for a bit and minced, "How dare you say no to me!"

Jafar threw his arms in the air. "I demand you stop that!"

"I demand that you stop that!" He copied him and likewise threw his hands in the air.

Angered, Jafar went to grab his staff, and then remembered that it was probably impossible to hypnotize a genie.
He stormed off in his frustration, muttering under his breath.

"See ya! Don't forget to write!" Genie called out before returning back to normal.

Isabella was out earning more patches again. Her latest adventures had taken her to Agrabah. There she went, walking through the market while glancing over at some of the things for sale. She soon eyed a lamp at one of the tables and went over for a closer look.

Calling the lamp in question a golden gravy boat would of been accurate as well. It certainly didn't seem normal, from it's appearanceΒ to it's color.
The weirdest part, however, was the fact that it definitely wasn't normal. It gave off some sort of mystical aura, though you had to pay attention to feel it.

"What a weird looking lamp." Isabella said to herself as she picked it up. Something about this lamp interested her for some reason and she had to get it. Since it was on a table, she figured it was for sale and looked around on it for a price tag. Not seeing one though, she soon asked, "Is this for sale?"

The person who was running the little part of the store blinked. They looked like they hadn't been expecting a child to be there.Β
"...yes. Yes it is." They said quickly, seeing the opportunity to get some extra money and taking it.

"How much is it?" She then asked the man. She had some money with her, but if it was super expensive, then she would have to pass.

"Er...about 5 silver coins." He answered. The man internally cringed at how low he put the price, but that's what quick-thinking does for you.

"Oh..." It soon became clear their currency was different from hers. "All I have is 20 dollars. I don't have any silver coins." She replied and set the lamp back down for a bit.

The man thought for a moment, frowning.
"...can I use these...'dollars'...somewhere else?"

She nodded. "They're a currency used in America though most places take them."

"Ah. Very well then. I suppose that would work."

"Ok." Not sure exactly how much 5 silver coins would be to dollars, Isabella played it safe and just gave the man a $10. She then took the lamp and walked deeper into the market place while trying to make out what the writing was on it. "It's probably just dusty." She said to herself and rubbed it to clean it.

The market was, as usual, filled, from people who could probably afford almost the entire place, to people who probably stole something every time they went.

It was so strange seeing such a heavy contrast being the poor and wealthy.
There was no happy medium.
Just as he realised this someone rammed into him.
Purely by mistake but it was enough to knock the young king off of his feet.
The person who knocked him down was being persued by arm guards.
Arthur sat up after catching his breath and most of the civilians had stopped laughing.
He brushed off the sand and gathered the belongings that had fallen from his satchel on the impact.
It was then he noticed a perculiar item half buried in the sand

Arthur blew the sand off it.
He'd never Seen a gravy boat like this before.
He tried taking off the lid but couldn't yet as he tried he felt something...kind of familiar. A similar feeling he'd known from sitting in merlins tower whilst he was at work.
He glanced behind him to see if Merlin had appeared.
He hadn't.
Looking back at the lamp, he realised this aura was foreign to what he'd experienced. A different kind of magic
Was it coming from the lamp?
He stuffed it into his satchel and hurried back to his lodgings to examine it more in private.
As soon as he was in complete privacy he rubbed off the excess sand to try read the Arabic markings on it
