None before the movie. Later on Silver gives Morph to him to take care of him. Morph can change his appearance at will and often imitates others in a funny way.
Personality:
Starting off as a young guy who wants to stretch any rule and restriction placed upon him to its very limit, he is adventurous and daring. Thus he often faces encounters with the local police robots and has to be escorted home. This goes so far, that he is one step away from getting into prison. Even though he is a criminal in their record he doesen't want to harm anyone actively.
He is a daydreamer and fast to forgive mistakes of others, even going so far as to disregard great misuse of his trust. Towards friends and guests he is nice, caring and polite, but also broody, which changes later on.
Family:
Jim is the only son of Mr. and Sarah Hawkins. His mother is deeply concerned about his behavior and finds herself unable to discipline him. She doesen't approve of his dangerous strolls and is generally worried, that he might hurt himself. He doesen't remember his father very well, because he abandoned him and his mother long time ago to leave Montressor. According to his mother he never got over the loss and not only grew up to be very independent, but also believes, that he has no future of his own.
Home Place:
Montressor remains of a post-apocalyptic setting. The surface of the planet itself is deserted and doesen't home any species. Industry is the only sign of mankind on ground level of the planet. The only place, where there is life to be found is a floating city up in the sky. It is a crowded place, which contains a wide range of species, humans and cyborgs included. It is to be expected, that the place is a refuge for all kinds of refugees and tolerance is widely spred. You will most likely not be noticed, no matter how strange you might be looking.
Abilities:
His technical abilities, coordination and intelligence are outstanding for a boy of his age. Building and operating his own Solar Surfer has been one of his hobbies since the age of eight, since he is a fast learner he can quickly adjust to different vehicles of the same kind as well. He is also able to breathe and sustain regular homeostasis in outer space.

Jim arrived from his time outside with his solar surfer and he walks up to his room since the inn wasn't that busy. "That was a blast!" Jim said as he placed his solar surfer into his room.
"Jim! Get down here! I need help in the kitchen!" Sarah called out.
He sighed and got downstairs, "I'm coming mom."

Adyson had just entered the inn looking weak and exhausted. How she ended up this way was anyone's guess. A good guess though would be she had been walking for quite some time. The girl looked around for the innkeeper and was planning on getting a room for the night. Good thing she came from a rich family and could afford something like this.

Jim saw her as he came down the stairs, "Uh, Mom! We got a guest." He said as he went over to her, "May I help you miss?"
Morphy flew over and chirped, "Help."

Adyson nodded. "Yes, I need to get a room for the night." She said and then looked around at the Inn. "How much will it be to stay for one night?"

Sarah, Jim's mother, arrived to help, "Of course you can stay for the night, but where are your parents?"
Jim looked at her and sighed, "Mom, she simply came here on her own from what it looks like." He said and he looked at her, "It's only fiver a night."
((since Benbow Inn was set in England, I am using the cash idea from that...though I don't know what they actually cost per night for a night at an inn. Also Fiver is a London money term of 5 pound.))

"It's a long story." She answered before removing some money from her pocket along with some sort of device. She then put the money through it and it converted it into British pounds before handing it over to her.

Sarah smiled as she took it and looked at Jim, "Why don't you show her one of the guest rooms?"
"Yes mom, I will take her upstairs." He said as he looked at Adyson, "Follow me." HE said as he picked up some of her luggage and walked up the stairs.

The girl nodded and began to follow him upstairs. "Thanks. This is a nice little inn you have here." Adyson commented as she followed.

"Thanks, my mom runs this place in our family." Jim said as he took her to an empty guest room and looked at her, "This room should do. Its got a nice view."

"Ah, a family business?" Adyson smiled a bit.

Jim nodded and smiled, "Yeah, it is a family business." He said as he placed her belongings in the guest room.

"It reminds me of the company my father works for." She paused for a bit, "Though I don't actually know what he does there, it's a family owned business." Adyson shrugged, a bit unsure. Bringing that up now made her curious as to what her father actually did for a living. Unfortunately it seemed like she never the chance to ask him face to face, let alone see him since he was always gone.

"You never asked your father what he does?" Jim asked as he made sure she has everything for a nights stay or two.

"I've never had the chance. Most of the time when I see him, he's way too busy to even answer a simple question." Adyson answered and went over to the bed to sit on for a bit.

Jim sighed, "Just like my dad...he comes and goes and last time I saw him was the last time I saw him."

"Then you can easily relate I'm sure." Adyson said. "Hopefully one of these days I'll see him again and will finally be able to do some stuff with him."

"I hope so..." He said and he went to the door, "Dinner will start soon, so get settled in this room."

"Thanks." She answered before going into the bathroom with one of her bags. Adyson changed her outfit pulled on a comfortable short red dress. Its condition would suggest she had slept in it many times.

Jim arrived in the dining hall with Morphy and saw his mother having trouble with the dishes. He rushed over to help. "I thought B.E.N. was going to help with those dishes?" Jim asked as he got half of the plates.
She then sighed, "I thought so too. I guess he's trying to charge up his power source." Sarah said as she and Jim entered the kitchen to wash the dishes.

The girl went over and sat down on the bed for a bit. "This is nice." She said and looked around at her surroundings. Getting border rather quickly, she removed her cell phone and texted one of her friends.

Jim looked around for B.E.N. and saw all the guests, except for Adyson, entering the dining hall.
"Jim, will you go upstairs to see if Adyson is ready for dinner?" Sarah said as he went to the kitchen to get the food ready.
"Yes mom." He said as he and Morphy went upstairs as B.E.N. entered the kitchen.
Jim got upstairs and knocked on Adyson's door, "Adyson, dinner's ready."

Adyson perked up and looked over at the door. "I'll be right there!" She called out before shutting her cell phone and sticking it back into her pocket. Using her arms, she pushed herself off of the bed and made her way over to the door. She opened it gently and stepped out before closing it behind her.

Jim placed his hands in his pockets and walked with her downstairs to get dinner on the table. He looked over his shoulder to see all the guests starting to eat their meals.

The girl made her way downstairs with him and soon spotted the other guests. Adyson went over to the table and soon found an empty seat to sit in. "So what's for dinner?" She soon asked.

"We are serving something a friend of mine made. I am trying to perfect the recipe like how he made it." Jim said as he watched Ben bring bowls of Bonzabeast stew to everyone's tables.

"That sounds great." She said and watched Ben bring the bowls around.

Once all the bowls have been placed, everyone began to eat the bonzabeast stew that Jim made. Morphy watched them all eat as Jim placed a bowl for Morphy to eat as well.
"I never had a chance to meet this John Silver, Jim. Do you think he'll have a chance to join us?" Sarah asked as she placed the tray down.
"I don't know mom. After what Admiral Amelia put out about Silver made him be MIA for a while. It is true that some pirates are afraid of being hanged, but still wish she would drop all charges on him." Jim said as he sat down next to Morphy to eat his meal.

Adyson tasted hers, not sure at first if she would like the flavor or not. It tasted pretty good though and soon she ate at a steady pace. She couldn't help but overhear about this John Silver person. "Is he a friend of yours?" She soon asked Jim.

Jim looked at her and nodded his head, "He was with me when we sailed to Treasure Planet."

"Treasure Planet?" Adyson questioned, "Was he like a pirate or something?"

Isabella walked into the inn holding a list of sorts in her hands. "Ok, who's next to see to earn this patch?" She said to herself and then looked at the list. "Looks like that would be Jim." She then started looking around for him.

Jim looks at the calendar and sighs, "Another year, and still no date for a Valentine's Day dinner..." He said and Sarah sighed, "If you didn't skip school all the time you would find the perfect girl."
Jim sighed and walked outside to get some fresh air, but didn't noticed that Isabella arrived.

She walked around looking for him and came across Sarah, "Excuse me, have you seen Jim anywhere?"

She walked around for a bit to find him. "Jim? Jim!" She called out. She soon saw him with his solar surfer. "Hi Jim!" She said as she waved at him.

He turned and looked at Isabella, "Hey Isabella."

"Whatcha doin?" She asked him and smiled a bit.

"I'm just tinkering my Solar Surfer." Jim said as he placed his wrench back into the tool box. "Plus, spent another Valentine's day alone..."

"Well that's just sad." She said, looking a bit concerned at him. "I can relate to that. I wanted to do something for my friend who I like a lot but he was too busy to even notice me. Sigh." She tried to get her mind off of that fact. "Anyhow, I'm going for my month-of-love patch. To earn it, I have to help out each of friends with something or do a task for them. So, what can I help you with?"
