Zurg is a tyranical toy bent on Conquring the Galaxy and destroying Buzz Lightyear and Star Command. Fresh off the shelf, he is delusional and believes that he is the real Zurg. Like the fictional Zurg, he is both devilish, greedy, and maniacal. He will use any tactic, no matter how underhanded or dastardly, to achieve his goals. If he were to realize that he's just a toy and not the real Zurg, he might actually be friendly.
Zurg wields an "Ion Blaster" that fires toy balls that he believes are blasts of energy.
Due to his immense hatred for Buzz Lightyear, Zurg can become somewhat single-minded whenever it comes to destroying him. He'll disregard his current situation and even other people standing right next to him just to try to kill Buzz.
Zurg has a tendency to refer to people (With the exception of Buzz) by descriptions, rather than their actual names. (Ex: "Cowboy Friend of Buzz Lightyear" for Woody)

Arthur is studying a comic, labelled buzzlight year of star command.
He'd gotten curious of what zurg had been talking taking over the universe and what planet he was actually from

Zurg had decided to come out of hiding yet again. He wasn't too certain of what he was going to do this time. Almost every being he had encountered thus far had bested him so easily.

"How do you organise a space party?" Arthur read aloud from the joke section at then back "You planet...don't get it"

".....Huh....Ha Ha ha! That was so bad, it was actually amusing." He chuckled.

Arthur looked around at the tiny emperor.
"Yeah? You like that one?" He asked "know any other ones?"

Weeks after first meeting Zurg, Arthur walks down the street with his hands in pockets.
After a pretty uneventful day the sky had started to turn orange as the day ended so he began to walk back down the modern day cul-de-sac.

A small, purple shape quickly dashes out of sight ahead of Arthur.

Arthur stopped In his tracks for a moment when he saw the flash.
At first he thought it had been a trick of the light, he headed towards the direction it had dashed off

There didn't seem to be anything behind the fence where it had dashed behind.

Arthur leaned over the fence and has a look at the garden a head, scratching the back of his neck in thought. His eyes scanning for any sign of the glimpse of purple that had just disappeared from his sight

Zurg, now standing on a trash can behind Arthur, pointed to him. "So, we meet again, sword child!"

Arthur looked around when the voice spoke to him.
"Wha? Who?" He didn't spot anyone until he saw the toy on top of the bin
"oh it's you" he said looking very surprised

"Yes. It is I! You were foolish to return here, child."

"Oh? And whys that?" Arthur asked "oh well and done from getting out of the flower post"

Zurg crossed his arms "glaring" at the boy as he remembered his last defeat at his hands.

"something tells me you had a bit of trouble getting out of that pot"

"That is irrelevant!" He was remembering it taking him all night to get out.

"Sword child?" He smiled a little, he knew that was meant as an insult but he kind of liked it

He crosses his arms, glaring up at Arthur.

This was a complicated situation, it was clear Zurg had bad intentions but just how much of a fret was he?

"This is your last warning, child. Leave now, or you will force my hand!"

"Alright" Arthur said casually "you know I'm gonna have to flower pot you again right?"

He points at him. "Not this time, sword child! This time it is I who shall flower pot you!"

Zurg's mind was racing to figure a way out of this. "Umm...Sword child! You have proven yourself to be a formidable opponent! Perhaps we can....come to an accord?"

"This one. This neighborhood you seem so oddly fond of."

Arthur placed him on top of a bin so they were still at eye level.
"What are your plans for this neighbourhood?"

"Well, I was planning to conquer it. However,....you foiled those plans. My subordinates have also abandoned me, so I can no longer accomplish those goals anyway."
