o D O I had this dream last night that i went to visit you in England on a whim but I got into the country without my passport (YEAH RIGHT!) and we visited an old school of yours and the principal was giving a speech but he was sitting with all of the kids instead of like, up front.... and it was weird, then i was feeling tired so i went to sleep but for some reason i couldn't figure out that generally people go to sleep inside so i was camping out in a street with all of these other tourists, sow of which i knew, and then, you guys had a sunrise at 2 am. When i actually got up, I had to go get pictures taken for a passport (but kinda not,) and the lady at the counter knew me.... and i thought that maybe she just worked in both countries on opposite days. and then you told me a story about the REAL Alice in wonderland where there was a good Alice and a bad Alice and it didn't make sense. After all of that I woke up. But I was happy to visit you even though i didn't know HOW the fuck i was getting home. Also you were friends with a someone i knew from middle school. And at one point in time you both were talking light bulbs with faces. I don't think I've ever had a dream where something so strange happened.

But in some way your art is an extension of yourself. It's what you as a person can create, it exists in this state only because you are the way you are. So if you hate it and are ashamed of it, that applies to your relation to yourself as well.

At least that's my opinion. I don't hate any of my old art, I accept it as what I was capable and willing to create at that time with that personality and skills. Sometimes I smile, because it reveals something about my older self I long forgot, sometimes I'm sad because I realise I can't produce stuff like that anymore because I changed...
