hey remember that thing about bardock- well yes goku did get a zenkai even bigger than i described about Bardock's possible one. Remember the zenkai he got while the Z fighters held off Frieza. About 120, 000 jumped to 15, 000,000

Goku's power level got to 3 000 000 for his fight against Frieza, not 15 000 000 otherwise his Kaioken x20 would have yielded him 300 000 000 which is way higher than Frieza's 120 000 000 and he handled Goku's kamehameha without too much trouble and he was using only half his strength.

I guess the more Zenkai you get the more effective they become. Goku was purposely messing himself up while training on his way to namek so he could abuse Zenkais with the senzu beans.

He did not get healed before facing Frieza so he couldn't have received a Zenkai as you need to have been healed from an injury before you get it.

Thing is, he didn't recover at all. He was still beaten up and couldnt even walk straight as he collapsed in the bar while trying to warn the other saiyans in vain.

Bardock's power level was over 10 000, Frieza's soldier's power were averagely 1k. Heck, Gohan and krillin owned 2 soldiers by having only 1500 each. So 10k against 1k makes a huge difference, but when Frieza's soldier were ganging up on him, they were slowing him down greatly.
Dodoria's soldiers were more of a challenge because those were elite with power estimating around 6-7k

yeah, sure. remember the image training they did on the spaceship. That counts. Even in games when Krillin & Gohan r on a team, Krillin says "dont forget the training we did in the spaceship."

They were around 1000 when they fought nappa and havent ANY occasion to train before reaching Namek so 150 is very generous.

Bardock got one Zenkai after Kannassa, one after Dodoria, one more after going into the past, and another boost after the Super Saiyan transformation

He was not wounded on Kannassa, he just got into a short coma from the Kannassian's "gift".
He also never healed his wounds from Dodoria before facing Frieza.
Wounds are not healed when going Super Saiyan, the power boost just overpower the exaustion from the lost of energy.
So he really only got 1 Zenkai which was from Frieza's attack that sent him back in the past.
