I can try to help.;3 So, to begin with, if you want to improve, don't just keep drawing a lot. You absolutely must develop an artist's eye so you can critique your own work and fix proper mistakes, especially if others can't help you.;3 You can "get" one by looking at other people's works so you can incorporate your favorite parts into your work. You can also directly "copy" someone else's style until you make your own (I didn't do that, though but others successfully have XP).

The next important thing is anatomy, followed by developing the illusion of space in a picture with shading and even colors. It will take a while getting used to correcting anatomy, believe me.^^ After you learn the fundamentals and get used to your media, draw a lot more often, for instance, and try to get inspired by others and not intimidated (like me D: ).

I hope this helps some. I'm always glad to share my techniques.

practice makes perfect

and i never really studied lighting and whatnots, i just take pictures at random really. i don't even know how to fool with light haha
my dad kinda got me into this, he likes photography and he is way better photographer than i am

my sony t90 is just a home-use not really for special occassions camera
if you really want to take GOOD shots, try the dslrs, like
nikon d90 <----eee, im saving up for this one!!
canon eos series, like 500d or others

Oh I decided to go to a community college in California.
I miss my old sweet home. ^^
Even though I was bored to death there as a kid. xD

hah, i think we all find our hometowns INCREDIBLY boring -,- but now ive moved to another city, i miss it soooo much too >.> especially when this city is more of a country town, um yeah...i miss my 1mil sqft malls! (:
oh you wish you were in high school sophomore days now. the drama is infinite. the drugs are everywhere. the moralities have all fled. ): it's quite sad actually, maybe i'm just that traditional.

Wow! I know how you feel! Except now I live in a more suburban area.
It's pretty nice here though. The weather might be a little bi-polar but other than that it's so nice during the summer.
Although nothing beats home! Even if it means living in the scorching heat haha.

Tell me about it! I kinda lost some of my friends because of alcohol and drugs.
But luckily I gained better friends and had such a blast with them throughout the years I've been in High School!
They gave me a kick ass time. Lol
It's unfortunate that I won't see them anymore though. :\
Now that I'll be moving across the country and what not.
But I'll probably be able to see them during summer vacation right?

Wow that must be torture! My parents didn't really care what classes I had.
I just picked what interested me, but you can tell that your parents really care about you and your future!

oh god. you want to know what i have for my freshman year?
grade 11 university physics, biology, chemistry; grade 12 university advanced functions and grade 12 university calculus; grade 11 university english; grade 11 university accounting and grade 12 university/college individual familites and society studies (my parents are SERIOUSLY thinking of making me change it into another Grade 12 U science ..baha)
i don't know, they just want me to be a doctor, thats alll. being azn i guess

I didn't know anybody and when I would try to make friends there would always be an awkward situation. Lol

Are you on vacation now?
Theres 4 more days left of classes! Then it's all finals and state exams.
And I'm not taking any state exam other than art! So I'm really excited.

Well you're a cool person in by book! Plus my friends and I are nerdy as well! It's a good thing though 'cause it makes me feel safe 'cause I can relate to them instead of acting like someone I'm not.
I'm quite pleased with the friends I made for the past 5 years living here.

I stress a lot when I'm put under pressure for things I'm not prepared for but for some reason I tend to do well when I'm stressed out.

Yeah I totally agree with you.
I hung out with a lot of friends at the beginning of the school year.
After a few months going into mid-year everything started to change.
I was getting annoyed by the friends I hung out with 'cause they started getting egotistical and obnoxious.
I tolerated it for a few more weeks after that, but then I just couldn't take it anymore.
All of their drama and huge ego's we're getting on my nerves.
It's a good thing it's all over now though!

Well whatever happens in the future is meant to happen.
So choose wisely. :]
