Check out his performance in Little Children where he plays a tortured pedophile, which he got a Oscar nomination for but didn't win -- he was jipped! For his younger roles, I recommend the Bad News Bears trilogy where he plays the bad boy, Kelly Leak. He's currently on a TV series called Human Target that airs Wednesdays on FOX and he'll be playing Freddy in the Nightmare on Elm Street remake coming out April this year.

so far ive watched 'The Bad News Brears' and i freakin LOVED it!! Now im just about to finish 'Breaking Training' im like at the part where carmen is about to hit. Oh god i hope they WIN!!!

I loooooooove Bad News Bears. It's the film that introduced me to JEH. Although I knew him in the BNB trilogy, harbouring a longtime childhood crush on him that withstands to this day, and him from Breaking Away teen flick, I never remember his name. (Shameful, I know!) I didn't put two-and-two when I saw him in Little Children until Watchmen came out when I looked him up on IMDB going, "Oh, he was in Little Children! I remember that film. I liked it! A bunch of 1980s films... HOLY SHIT, IT'S KELLY LEAK!!!" (fangirl squeeeee!)

I wish I could show you the third film, Bad News Bears Go to Japan, where finally gets a serious girlfriend, a Japanese girl. Being Asian myself, I was always in heaven that Kelly went for one of us, woooooot!

Nevertheless, I'm glad you like the films! I hope you get to watch Human Target as well, and go rent BNB Go to Japan and Little Children!

Lol woah a REAL girlfriend! Gotta see it now! Yea just watched those two clips and they were wow. I dont know if I would like to see that kind of movie but i dont know. I might like it. He looked so young in that film. When I saw the clip named :Ronnie's Date and he was, you know, I was like uhm..wow...Just need to see some Human Target and hows that 'Breaking Away' film? Oh yeah and LET THEM PLAY! LET THEM PLAY! ;D

Little Children is really an extremely emotionally-driven character film. Admittedly, it isn't for everyone. It starts off slow and catches up and I just bawl my head off! Patrick Wilson (Nite Owl II from Watchmen), Kate Winslet (Titanic, Sense and Sensibility, ), and Jennifer Connelly (Labyrinth, Dark City, Beautiful Mind) are also in the film. Jackie's a supporting character and my heart just breaks for him! He has "bad urged" and he's desperate to stop them, but he can't stop being who you are. He sure does try though! He really deserved that Oscar and it was robbed from him, grrr! But with experience at playing a pedophile like Ronnie, it really prepared him for Freddy Krueger, the ultimate child molester/child serial murderder!

Breaking Away is one of those inspirational teen films in the vibe of John Hughes. It's great film. The film was so popular that it spawned a TV show, which Jackie was in. I recommend it!

I definitely recommend Human Target. It isn't the most realistic show, but it's a fun show! Just sit back and have fun while watching it.
