hm... for drawing? Well there are pirated versions of sai paint online, but that's not exactly legal. Like I said, there's also paint.net, but it lacks pen pressure sensitivity so the drawings might look bulky if you're using a tablet. Other than paint.net, I'm not sure of any free drawing programs.Β Β

She can try a free trial run of sai paint. There's also tutorials online on how to renew the trial so you can keep re-using it... but there are problems with that in that you can't reopen the drawings you had been working on in the previous trial. Also, you have to keep renewing the trial after that period of time has past. Also, a tablet is a must. At least in my opinion. Kind of pointless having an art program like sai paint without a tablet.Β Β
