yup they are real. i did two of them, one a scout and the other armored. they were used in WW2 and after the war as mail carriers and such. pretty crazy.

This has been a great site so far. I have had great response to my works and I have never seen so much great talent and diversity in one place. I was on Art Wanted for a while and it never really took off.

Does anyone else set a goal for themselves each year for number of works? I am challenging myself to do at least 14 new pieces which would put me at 120 paintings in thirty years. My brain is packed with ideas, I just have to get them recorded.

DA has pretty good exposure for hobbyist work.
for something more pro you may want to try having your own site.
