I got slippers for mom (that SHOULD fit...WHEN they arrive).
Dad didn't want anything, and my brother usually buys what he wants as a gift online and then tells me, 'You owe me $X.00 for the gift you gave me." :rolleyes:
But this year, Mr. Inscrutable didn't say anything, and didn't tell me what he wanted. He told me, "Don't worry 'bout it..."
DROVE. ME. NUTS! The little worrywart in the back of my head was yelling like an alert siren!
I just told them, 'I want you happy and healthy for the next year. That's ALL I want for a present.'
Sooo...Ultimately, we all just relaxed. Mom did her crosswords, I fiddled in 3d/Writing/watching YouTubeβ’, and my dad & brother watched football games on TV.
