Oh i uave..many many times and they claim.not to have gotten it..yet theyve viewed the note..for awhile it was cause they were busy..so i thoight id give them a break..but after 6months it was holidays..then breakdowns..then excuse after excuse..

Well if you still have the transaction I'd say print screen so you can have proof of it and send it to the administrators and they can probably get it settled for you hopefully c:
