I'm sorry to hear that... Don't worry; art block doesn't last forever. It'll come back eventually. Until then, just do what you like best: listen to music, read a good book, surf on the net, anything! Inspiration can come from anywhere!
As for your new sleep pattern, do you have any idea as to what caused that, or what keeps you awake?

I understand how you must feel; I'll also take my exams this following week.. But hey, let's think at the bright side! Summer vacation is just around the corner! Just one more jump and we're there!
All that there needs to be done is to study hard and get enough rest. But since you have a hard time sleeping, I recommend listening to relaxing music before going to bed; it calms your mind and might just help you fall asleep. If you want, I can give you some links and suggestions for such music and artists. If that doesn't work, then at least try and rest your eyes by keeping them closed, and relax. It can be the closest alternative to sleep. Also, make sure you eat well and try to be a bit more confident in yourself and your abilities. Sometimes, your mental and emotional preparation can be more important than studying itself. Believe in yourself; I know I believe in you!! ^^
It'll come and go. Soon, it'll be just another memory, nothing more. Plus an entire summer all to yourself. Think of that as a reward for your hard work and maybe you'll gain some motivation.

*sigh* But.. it's gotta get done. I'm sure you'll nail it in the end. Just don't lose focus by rushing. Y'know, if you don't know how to solve a problem, skip it and move on to the next, then return to try again. You might find a solution to the first problem while working on another.

Yeah true, but I have a habit of "rage quitting" if I don't get that first problem done. I panic, and I've developed it when I was little because of bad schooling. Such a shame, it's a difficult habit to break.

I see... In that case, I can only suggest to rest and eat well, and hope that things are going to be alright. Try and re-read the things that you didn't quite understand, maybe get someone/the internet to help you too, in case if you haven't. It's never too late to get help. Although you shouldn't push yourself way too hard if you feel that you're at your limit. Take as many breaks as you need; your emotional and mental health is muuuuuuch more important than a stupid test, believe me. The stress is already damaging as it is... That's why sleep is important. Just in case you didn't know, those few hours between 10 PM and 12 AM are the most important, so if you could rest during those hours, it'd be great.
Again, I don't know if these are helpful to you in any way, but I'm still trying
