是。I have Japanese and Chinese (Cantonese) blood in my veins. My mom's family is practically pure Japanese, but my paternal side has most of the Chinese in it. (I am also native Hawaiian, but that's not really Asian, no? )

You said one of your parents' side is from like southern China? That's where they use like Cantonese, I think.
