I'm a bit of an all-rounder when it comes to art, but I'm spam-uploading photos at the minute because I'm finally able to use my camera again (the battery died- no, really, it swelled up and everything; it was OLD) and dug out my old SD card reader. I enjoy drawing from observation and in manga style and my favourite kind of paint to use is acrylic. Photography-wise, I mainly specialise in trees, flowers and cityscapes (in that order), but again, I'll take a snap of anything that catches my eye. Hoping to upload some drawings and paintings soon, but until then, it's just photos and T-shirts...
Hm. Wondering where the name "Winnoy" came from? Long story, but I'll try and keep it to the point. In my last year of primary school (I think that would be the equivalent of middle school to you good chaps over the pond) there was a let's-pretend game I would play with my friends, but I was new to that school, so they all had nicknames- except me. Idea after idea was suggested and duly turned down, until one friend said that this was getting a bit annoying. The catch? In the game we played, this friend was an alien character who started every word with a 'w' or 'wi' sound. So, in effect, I was being 'winnoying'. It stuck, and was quickly shortened to Winnoy. It's catchy, unique and has a funny story behind it too - perfect!
