Nope...did you go to Admin Area on the group,then to Contributors then scroll down the side till you find something about contributors submitting to the 'Featured' and look around there.If that isn't what you did.

If tht don't work,when you first pull contributors up,don't scroll but there is something called 'On about us,' coma something,try changing it to Can Add/Edit/View.You know.That kind of thing.
