Ah. That's good then. Computer parts can be ridiculously priced. lol My brother's school gave all of the students mac books, and his has been pretty much nothing but a problem.

My school gave everyone HP laptops and everyone's been breaking and been in the repair center more than they've been used.

Pretty much the same thing happened at my brother's school. Call me old fashioned, but what was so wrong with using text books? It's not like they got rid of them or anything either (at least not at Mitchell.) They still have them. They just don't really use them. Seems a waste to me. *shrugs* I just don't get it.

It's easier to carry one laptop instead of 10 books and there are some assignments we get that have to be completed online. Also I'm in a digital newspaper class so the whole class is online.

No it really isn't more suited it sucks the dude who used to do the computers just got fired and they had to bring in some new people. That's okay not every one likes technology.
