Yes, long time!

Just got finished working 7 days a week, 5 of which were 12-16 hour shift days..sometimes more, like most Fridays. So I'd been extremely busy for a a month and a half. I've been so frazzled I barely remembered my name most days. The work schedule has just ended and I'm going away for about a week starting after work tonight. Hoping it's not too hot and I can go riding while I'm away visiting friends. Not much else going on for me.

How are things going for you?

Wow, busy much? Lol at least you have a vacation to look forward too :) (Smile)

I've had my ups and downs. Back doing my art again. Course with breaking my foot the last week of june, getting surgery, and til today, couldn't be with out crutches I really have nothing better to do than draw/paint. Plus, I rescued a quarter horse/mix filly in march and before I broke my foot I had three Successful rides on her. She'll be 3 next mnth. If you wanna see what she looks like, I have pictures of her in my gallery under "Butterscotch Sunrise". Other than that my 2yr old son is keeping me busy :) (Smile)

Ups and downs. I'm getting tird of the roller coaster ride myself. Went from working 7 days a week to not working at all. I did however get to spend the week with my mare last week.

When is the surgery?

That is annoying. Did you always have a horse when we talked last? I have a bad memory.

The surgery was july 2nd, I have 5mnths to go to be fully healed.

Yes, I believe I did when we last talked. I'd posted a journal about the day friend's of mine bought her for me.

Ick. 5 months is a long time to be fully healed. How is the healing going?

So do I..unfortunately while I was visiting my mare my hip/back were bothering me too much to go riding. She is though getting terribly spoiled with lots of treats and lovin's.
