# About me

Coping this mental disorders is a lifespan of fighting against obstacles and learning of acceptance. Being Borderline I experience frightening states of mind from high tension to complete paralysis. In painting with watercolours I found a way to release myself of such states and focuse my mind on only one thing: Expression. The forgiving nature of the colours floating freely withing their wet boundaries makes way for postitive emotions and relaxation.
I hope my art may transfer at least parts of the calming effect they hold for myself.
