I wish they would bring reboot back. I have a bunch of the 6 inch figures here on top of my computer tower (does that count as a Tor?) Including Hack.....or is it slash.......the red one

I've  been wanting to do my own digital Hack and Slash, but never seem to get around to it. Yours are spot on

Do yourself a favour and get the Art of Reboot book, it will inspire you to make your own Hack and Slash.
But I'd love to have some reboot figurines !!! That would be epic.

I have aged paper before, but never considered doing an entire book full of aged paper. Your tutorial was very informative, not so much on the aging, but more on aging a large quantity of paper.

i crumbled paper and drenched it in coffee. Then I let it dry and sprincled more concentrated coffee on it (for the islands), drew the compass rose and the outlines and added a little bit las colour to the compass rose and the outlines of the islands, but only on the outlines. For last I coated it with oil, to give it a parchment like feeling.
As you see it is a lot of work ^^

I used a similar technique to "age" the paper I used for [link] , so I am familiar with the "staining" techniques. They can indeed be time consuming. Was it a specific type of paper? I used parchment paper (the kind for cooking) for that project, which would not bend well if used as a book cover. I have not yet used paper for a book cover, and thus my curiosity, as so far leather has been my choice for a cover material.

Nope, it was ordinary copy paper, I used that method before and it works very good ^^
The leather I can get hold of here is too thick, so paper is the best alternative... ^^
