Class: Traveler/Martial Artist

Personality: Known to be shy, nice, and self sacrifical. A real 'vigilante' type. A traveling loner, see BIO for more information. Also a known Hemophage although doesn't seem to require the blood. Prefers blood packs over random peoples blood.

Likes: Seems to like many of the same things cats do (eg. Catnip, fish, etc) also seems to love pie, Sake and rainy weather. Favorite color is white although he rarely shows it.

Dislikes: Also seems to dislike many of the same things as cats (eg. Water, dogs, loud noisess etc) and dying.

Strengths: Has enhanced agility, night vision, hearing, and sense of smell. Also is an extermely skilled marksman and melee fighter.
IMPORTANT NOTE!! "Noir" Seems to shrug off death without consequence.

Weaknesses: Seems to be able to be harmed and killed in a normal fashion although as stated above does not remain decesed.

Weapons: Prefers an Adamantium Crowbar over all else which he has named "Steve". Has been known to use a variety of weapons which include a custom made bolt-action rifle with a large heavly modified variable scope and a large collection of knives including throwing knives, a multi bladed throwing glaive, and a large curved custom made dagger. Although these last few are very rare for him to have on person.

BIO: (What follows is a report written by an agent after extended observation of the subject)
Bitten by a normal looking house cat and changing over night gaining cat like ears and tail, he ran away from all he knew and changed his name to Noir in order to protect his former friends and family from any harm that would likely ensue. Now Noir travels often, protecting his identity by wearing his favorite outfit of a Leather Trench Coat and a Fedora to help hide his ears and tail. Always a nice guy he often selflessly helps others often at great risk to himself.
He has given his life several times in order to save others, despite once commenting "Dying is the worst and most painful thing in the world, most deaths seem to drag on for an eternity of pain and tormment. I often find myself lucky when I take a quick and lethal blow to the brain, you know, a gun shot or shrapnel or something." Noir also once stated when asked how he was fine after being killed "Death is just an anoyance. I've learned to simply.... how do I put this, get over it."
I onced approached Noir introducing myself as ██████████ he seemed to be vary wary of me but after a little convincing invited me to have drinks with him. While there he drank 10 shots of Sake and I tired to warm up to him with light conversation, he didn't seem even slightly bored by this even though he seems to live a much more interesting life. I asked him if I was boring him at all with my stories and he said that he enjoyed the escape from his often adventerous life. As he sighed and leaned back his hat fell off and his ears were revealed. He quickly grabed his hat and covered his ears, apologized, and then suddenly left. After this I lost track of Noir and he hasn't been seen in my area since.
