I don't have to look at your gallery to give some advice. If you really want to improve then practice and tutorials are the keys ;) (Wink)

It depends what you want to develope the most: anatomy, shading, highlighting, backgrounds etc. Find suitable tutorials and just practice, learn from your older drawings and make connections. That's how I've come so far and still keep moving on towards better drawings :) (Smile)
