While I don't like the taste of it... Moonbeams letter has answered most of my questions, Not from the EVE CCP side of things, but from the Deviant Art side of thing they do.. Broccoli wrapped in Brussels sprouts, but they are answers...

OK to try this a different way... since I'm being the anal retentive one, according to the flower children. I'll trade sides, if it can make a change for the good of all. Instead of bitching that they judges did a shit job, I will extend my assistance to them. Deviant art needs a fact checker.. fine I can do that, unless you can't already tell. I have years 15 of experience within the technical fields, writing white papers, in support for two of the biggest it shoppes on the planet, hit, one makes wafers the other makes printers

I work in Root Cause for a rather large company now identifying "nuances" and errors and ways to correct them. Refining processes and providing ICAs... I do, a very good job, and our legal department, well they love me

So I offer to help.. drop the lawsuit idea, or complaining... If they are willing to listen. I want to assist in clearing this up, I think thats fair.. I can find places where thing can be improved, and document them and if they are implemented for future contest to protect everyone, equally then that too could be a satisfactory solution.

I extend that IF someone had gone over the selection before it was posted for potential rules violations alot of this would not have happened.
My time, for free.. to do what I do to make sure we are all on equal footing for the future... volunteering to assist.
