# About me
To those of you who're finding out about Dolly for the first time,let me tell you a little about who I am and what I stand for.
Dead Dolly is an alternative internet personality that I created 5 years ago.
I'm a Painter/Sketch Artist, Makeup Artist and Alternative Model.
I first got into modelling to show everyone out there that you don't have to look like the models in magazines to be classed as "beautiful". I wanted to show people that you can be yourself without having to stick to conventional beauty. If you want bright blue hair, go for it! If you want to cover yourself in tattoo's, don't let anyone tell you you can't. The amount of times I get told "aw you look so much prettier with a natural hair colour" it drives me insane. But the strongest message I want to send out is, it doesn't matter if you're a size 6 or 16. As long as you are happy and healthy there's no need for you to change who you are. I try to spread this message as much as I can, because no one should feel ugly or worthless. Be yourself and love it!
