Hey bethan, I'm thinking of becoming a tattoo artist but I'm not sure whether I'd be cut out for it :/ I dont know anyone else who is doing anything in the tattoo buisness I was just wondering if you could give me some tips, thank you

i think the best thing to do is to just do a ton of research,cos these days there are loads of people that want to be tattoo artists but dont know anyhting about it,so it would look really good if you knew your stuff. Put a really good portfolio together of all your best work and just take it into some tattoo shops and just talk to the people in there. They were in the same position you were once so most of them are really happy to talk about how to get started. Just try to show how much you want to do it,it takes alot of commitment but you'd fit in in a tattoo shop,and you can definetley draw! Just try to show dedication to it and you should be alright Good luck with it! and let me know how you get on
