And again your lack of understanding astounds me. I never said she stole anything, I was replying to your comment about not being able to stop OTHER PEOPLE from stealing art. As for your friend, OTHER PEOPLE might accuse her of stealing and recoloring due to the similarities between her character's cutie mark and Candace's. I was simply WARNING HER that it might be taken that way, and to be careful about her artwork in the future to AVOID those accusations. Also, you might want to tone down your curse words a bit, it doesn't give people a very good impression of you.

No, I'm not mad at all, and while I may not be able to stop them, I can report them to the Deviantart Admins and THEY can stop them. What part of ILLEGAL do you not understand...? Stolen artwork of ANY KIND is against the law and people will be held responsible for their actions, whether it be a warning, a fine, or jail time.

Yes, there are others that copy Candace, others that rip off cutie marks and all that. I was not talking about that. I was kindly informing your friend that her cutie mark shared a lot of similarities to a copyrighted cutie mark, and that OTHER PEOPLE might take offence to that. Warning her that she might want to be a bit more careful in the future so that those OTHER PEOPLE wouldn't verbally rip her to shreds and destroy her self esteem as an artist. I /IN NO WAY/ was being rude about this. And no, I'm not 'MAD' at your petty attempts to make me feel like shit and quit deviant art. In fact, they're so pitiful they make me laugh....

Not once was I rude or mean, and telling someone you'll 'stab them and teach them a lesson' is a hell of a lot more rude than I ever was. I kindly warned your friend that her cutie mark might bring up problems with other Deviantart members and that she should be a bit more cautious about that. I was never 'mean' to her, I do not 'hate alicorns' I actually have an Alicorn OC of my own. My attitude that you so hate, is one of concern for a fellow artist. How that got translated into 'Alicorn hating "COPPA" little shit', I have no idea. As for who cares about copyrighting? Just about everyone, apparently not including you. As for why? Copyrighting is illegal and can have HUGE consequences depending on who you steal or copy from. If they're nice, they may let you off with a warning, if not, you could be sued and have to pay a large fine, or even go to jail. Anyone who signs up for this site has to agree to the copyright laws and terms, and breaking them could mean being banned or deleted from the site on top of what ever the wronged owner of the original art decides to do with you. So yes, I CARE about copyrighting.
