Hi back ^^.

I have no idea. I just remember in writing Complaints originally...and thinking...now what sort of problem could come walking into a product returns place in a store which sells gender-changing items which would be rather unusual and compelling and even a little funny.

I think I was probably inspired by those old cartoons where a character gets attached to a plunger and has to pull it off.
