Well you visit an artists work there's a button that says "add to favorites" and you just press that~

Well honestly, that's completely up to you. If you have a computer and drawinb tablet I suggest Paint tool Sai. If you don't and say you have an iPad or tablet I suggest maybe Sketchbook pro, that's what I use. It just all depends on what you are able to use.
