I was also thinking that we should start up a series of games linked into what we generally call a campaign! Of course, you'd need to buy Codex CSM and we'd have to get Nick to actually play by the rules, but other than that we should be golden.

Anyhow, yesh. I'll spend tonight reading up on campaigns and XP and shat like that. And maybe we should dump the Star Wars thing. It was a good concept, but methinks everyone wants a bite at D Stew's new campaign.

I actually took my minis out and placed them on the poker table. I looked at them and remembered all the battles they'd been through. Methinks the campaign'll be a great idea. Who knows? Maybe it'll renew the rivalry that some of us still have.

After all, I never really got to take down that Hive Tyrant.

I am sad however, i never really got to use my chaos bikes yet i never got to take anything out with it because we keep ending it early cause of too many shit on ta feild lol.

As for points, methinks 1500 is a good number.

Also, it looks like they play 40k at the Wizard's Tower too. If we can't get Nick re-hooked or anyone else interested, we can find buddies there!

In addition to their regular games (according to the May calander, they're Thursday and Friday nights) it also looks like they hold a 1500 point tourney once per month. How abouts we assemble an effective 1500 point army by the end of June and crush the opposition?

In addition, Megapower Games (in Kanata, perhaps a little far for you) hosts a team vs team bloodbath (literally: from what I remember the objective is to reach the other side intact, and all the players would do was own eachother). I remember it was fun, and Nick actually met a fellow Tyranid player (that guy was awesome, he spammed gaunts!)

Anyhow, thanks a million for looking into the deli. And thanks for getting me back into 40K. It's awakened the sleeping general in me.

Lmao hey dont thank me ur the one that suggested it. I will try and see if i can get in touch with Tim, he has odd hours but ill try my best anyway. Ya...Kanata is a bit of a ways to go just for 40k...however friday nights do sound ideal, however next friday im going to my friend Jen's going away party, shes moving (not too far from hear) but we're having a little somethin for her thus ill have to do my pimp duties yet again for the folks *sigh*. on another note, 1500 points sounds a bit high to me...seriously with what we had we rarely get done a round or two, for us we should tone it down some more but i think i have a bit of an army to make up to 1500 points...either space marine or chaos, not too sure.

Ok, well i just took like a half our to calculate my marines, lol shit i got like 1229 when i add EVERYTHING i can, vehichle upgrades i was not sure about for point cost it never said and i dont know how much extra points a chaplin on bike gets, but so far im totally like damnidy damn damn. Thus i still suggest we dumn down the points for basic battles and see what we can do for wizard tower matches. The calculations did not include my demon hunters.

Now nick is a little pissed about the relearning thing so dont count him for certain, did u want to do this sunday? I just need to know when and wear cause im out golfing in the morning. Anyway all for now take care

Man, we just had our Grad Day. It had to be one of the best days of my life. On top of that, I'm actually kinda excited to go to prom. And I can't wait to graduate

If you have the Space Marine Codex, the vehicle upgrade list should be listed after the weapon list. Then again, that's where the Daemonhunter and Witch Hunter upgrades are listed, so it might be a little different.

Anyhow, what about you and I have a little one-on-one? (and I don't mean sex; I'll let you save that for your girls ).

As to where/when/what scenario I'm not too sure atm. I'm thinking 1000 points as a cap, just to actually set an under 1500 limit.

Remember those random demons you used? I don't think they actually exist... Not to worry though. I have a way of working them in (although they wouldn't have their random powers, but then again I don't know if those exist either).

No word from my cousin yet, so it looks like it would be easier if we could all crash at your place. Talk it over with the guys at D&D today and see what they come up with.

I'm thinking 1000 point armies for our upcoming bloodbath. Mostly because my cousin and I don't have nearly as many units as you guys do (my demolition mission was a 500 point game), but also any complete newbies who wanted to show would have a chance to play (I know for sure there will be an extra Tyranid army, and we could form up all of the Space Marines... damn, that's a lot of Marines...)

Anyhow, yes I'm going to prom, and no I have no idea when I'm getting home. I'll have to play it by ear.

And also, do you have enough CSM to actually form an army of your own? I only remember a handful of a thousand sons and Ariman. You've also got the Greater Daemon of Tzeentch (sp?) but I don't know if that fills up enough gaps.

Haha dont worry, u can ramble all u like i enjoy responding. Ok now u asked a lot of questions so ill go from the top of your list down:

1. Ya those deamons were blatently made up and i warned everyone that, thats why i kept asking u guys if it was ok for me to do it. The only reason why those were made up was because the Demon Hunters just came out (and i got a Inquisitor + Squad) and it was talking about creating your own deamons for tyrinid and chaos legions. Thus i thought it would be cool to throw that out at whoever had my Inquisitor, but i did not see any rules on original demon ideas but i know their out there. Do you have the Demon hunter codex?

2. The points sound fine however i dont know for sure if i can have it at my house if we're talkin more then 2-3 people. My parents like to go out on the weekened a lot so im not too sure if we can do it here, However i can ask nick if we can do it at his if its a small one. Most of my group probably doesnt find it so interesting so i think the most support is steve and nick, even steve doesnt remember anything.

3. Hope you have a great time at Prom! i had a blast last night it was soooooooooooooo fun!

4. I have a squad of C marines with a devestator plus 2 bike squads, the thousand suns and the 2 other bosses but i dought it makes a full army, but deffinately clears the 500 points and maybe 1000, but i dont have all my bikes prepped for launch its taking a while. My b-days coming up and im not even sure what i want, i would love some more models but im conflicted between space marines or chaos...maybe even a csm codex would be nice, have u thought of anything for nick?
