Dallas doesn't have any super interesting areas, but there are some good restaurants: Japanese, Indian, American, etc. Are you planning to go downtown?

I had it in my "to draw" folder. I found the image on tumblr but it's originally from flickr. Unfortunately the user seems to have deleted their account.
Like I said, I really love the image. It's so simple, passionate, and engaging. Both are nude, but it's so tastefully done. It's so beautiful. I love how the man's hands are so big against the woman's body...I could go for ages talking about it really, haha.
I'm not sure if we're going downtown. We're mainly there to visit my godmother. Anything really cool there?

For me, I would pass by it without a second glance but after you mentioned your perspective it's really more interesting. He does have big hands! I hope your piece turns out well--i'd like to see after you work on it more.
There's a really nice mall called Northpark: everything is expensive haha. Though I went to the galleria in Houston before, so I'm not sure it'd be so much different. I'm not familiar with downtown; it's not really a shopping area--more like businesses--but there is this really cool sculpture: [link] I would say to look at Reunion Tower, but it seems like the observation deck is closed...
It should be fun anyway--I think this weekend will be cooler.
