What influences you in your art style/subject material?

mh... mostly pictures in my head and nature? not sure... hard to say

i read a lot, but mostly scientifc stuff, informational texts, although i do enjoy reading stories, i barely do and stick to stories in a visual form most of the time. and you?

I love to read. Mainly I read fantasy, sci-fi, and other adventure novels, and I enjoy graphic novels if they're well-drawn/written. These are some of the things that really influence me in my work.

in my oppinion having real life influences, like the door of a building you walked by, gives you more unique influences, because you tell about your own life, letting yourself influence by other ppls art makes it more similar in the end.

Which is very true. This is part of why lately I have been shifting into more abstract subject material that represents my life and emotional struggles (though I still do some fan art occasionally...) I don't draw still-lifes very often because, as I said, I have little patience, though I recognize their value.
