Likes: Hanging out with Tails, gaming, popcorn, training, looking for challenges.
Dislikes: Really high heights, Amy's obsession over Sonic.
Personality: Kind of like Knuckles except he understands friendship and being off duty. Also like the original Zero (see explanation downwards) he usualy never gives up.
Looks: A red fox with a high class saber that he carrys on his back (see explanation further down) with 9 tails.
Clothes: Alot like Auron from Final Fantasy X. Red cloak with shoes with bright lights.
Weapons: Zero's weapons - A high-class saber and an arm cannon.

Origin: A long time ago, when Sonic and friends were facing off against the Metarex, another dimension opened up so Zero, the famous maverick hunter, could help them, because Sigma had joined forces with the Metarex. Zero was with Sonic and friends for a long time and was a friend to all...until the day came when he had to blow himself up and take Sigma with him. He faced the same fate Cosmo did. She took out the Metarex, and he took out Sigma. Some time later...Eggman remembered how Zero was so powerful and decided to steal his blueprints and recreate him, into an animal like android. This Zero was not at all like the original except that he had weapons and fur like him. When Eggman was building his power level, the machine was destroyed in the process and Zero escaped. Now, being hunted by Eggman for retrieval, he befriends Sonic and pals as they continue with their journeys.
Theme Song: Theme song changes from time to time. MMZ1 intro stage music.

1. Nightmare Zero - Zero's fur turns blackish. Highly raised attack and defence power.
2. Absolute Zero: Zero with batlike wings and jet black and purple fur. Can now fly with highly raised speed.
3. Curse of the 9-tailed fox - Zero has bright purple fur with blood red eyes (with no pupils). Chaos Control is automatically enabled.
