Sorry to ask this late, but I have been struggling to figure out how to design my profile with pictures like other deviants. Could this only be accessible to CORE members? :<

Well, you can edit one of the widgets on your profile to have pictures on it by clicking the little pencil button in the widget's corner and clicking edit this widget.
Then, you paste this into the text box that shows up:
src="Link to image here ">
Ex: src="orig09.deviantart.net/b8c6/f/2… ">
But you can't make a widget just for images unless you're a core member.
