Yes, I'm from Finland and I think that 'Yushiko' is a Japanese name. It's only my nickname though. :S I use it about everywhere.
And as you can see on the upper left corner of this page, right under this nickname of mine, my real name is Katja.

*Laughs* Oh, I really didn't expect you to reply again.
My nickname is Japanese because.. Well. I roleplayed a long time ago, and I needed a name for one of my characters. I saw this list of Japanese female names and picked up Yushiko. And.. Because she is such a big part of me, I decided to use that name elsewhere too.
Katoya sounds cool. :S It's pretty close how you spell it.
And, I still do love Cyborg009. :3 Happy New Year to you too.

While school semester, I'm so busy and don't have time to comment on dA much. Yushiko sounds cute name, I'm curious how it write in Japanese kanji. There are many ways to write Yushiko in kanji. ^.^
