I saw a news report about 8 years ago that said it was legal in portugal, and there were loads of scruffy bastards queing up to get their fix , has it ever been legal , maybe I got it wrong ?? - I've been waiting all this time to ask someone !

Well, i really don't know if it was legal years ago, tho i doubt. But it is currently illegal at all countries sorry that i can't really be sure about it.

Hah ^^ It's easy.
Under place for txt you have 'Emoticons' - you click on it and you will see new little window with list At left you have txt between ':' symbol - you must copy it (with ':' like : kiss: but without space) and inset to your message At right you can see witch emoticons will show it in your message
