Hey I was wondering. Have you ever watched Generator Rex? It's not exactly a new series, but I think you'd like it. I can't help but notice that it is somewhat similar to Maho Shoujo Madoka Magica, except without cuteness, and instead of Magic it involves Nanites absorbed into people's bodies.

It's really darn cool. I find it similar because of things like the main character fights against powerful monsters who were once human, and they were corrupted by the same thing giving him powers too. And some other stuff that I don't wanna spoil you on in it.
