I need a black background for a 8 1/2 by 11 with a red dragon design on the bottom. Feel up to it or should I recruit someone else?

So a normal printing paper size? Landscape or portrait view? Will you be printing it? If so, what kind of paper are you using? Where specifically would you like the dragon? How big do you want it? Should it go lengthwise (along the edge of the paper)? Or should it float somewhere away from the edge? Will there be text placed on top?

I just need a digital copy so I can put it in the yearbook program. I want it on the bottom half, so if you have an idea on where on the bottom it should go, do it.
