Yo its good to see an new artist comin up. You gotta good style, it just needs to be refined a lil, just take it into consideration.
Draw with 0.5 mechanical pencils or 0.7 if you cant find 5. It makes your lines much thinner and smooth.
Don't double draw your lines if you dont have to. Try to keep your lines, smooth. Draw the line in completeness without using scratching motions and dont draw back over your lines unless you mean to make the outline thick, or your trying to darken the lines just a little.
When editing your pictures cut all the rest of the excess white space off. It makes the file size smaller and you wont have to worry about the akward look of where the paper ends, and the scanner top shows.
And finally, keep up the good work. Find your style and stick to it. I dunno you dun have to do what I do, but I don't draw much fanart atol. Maybe I'll do a gift or art trade once in a while with other artists, but its not good to draw Anime fanart to me cause its standardized. Now dont get me wrong you can and its ok, but dont make a habit of doing oodles of fanart, it taints your own style.
If you really want to gain inspiration and find some little things that you can incorporate in your art to make it better, try searching for other artists websites, since we're both anime artists, you should try searching for more artists websites.
