when you work with water colors do you do all the water color first thennn draw in? do you have a plan for what you're going todraw? id like to figure out to work with both and get a great product..but dont know weather to draw first or color
you did use water color right haha

well I usually start by creating really light washes and textures with the water color first. I blend and mix colors over and over and on top of each other until I'm satisfied. Then I'll probably have some old or new sketch lying around which I think may look cool with the color concoction I just came up with and then draw over it in pencil first and then move on to ink or fineliners or whatnot for more detail and definition. All the while in between I usually still have my water colors and some white acrylic handy to make adjustments and fix mistakes...im clumsy.

That's pretty much the general order...not down to a precise point tho. It's all about having fun.
