Was wondering what you do to stay motivated? Struggling very hard at the moment, I need help

Oh I know!! It's difficult! I do have several tips, so you can take what you feel works for you and I hope they help!
1. I share my ideas with a friend I have. Even if at times she doesn't give me much feed back, just knowing I have someone that looks forward and is willing it listen to my ideas over my characters and stories, gives me inspiration to continue. Having someone to bounce back ideas back and forth can really help stay motivated.
2. I also use music (usually bgm, osts and other instrumental music) in headphones to block outside distractions when I want to zone in and work on an idea. A
3. Another tip works on some people not all, but I noticed that working in the order that you're excited about the most, instead of the right order in a project/idea makes it more exciting to continue. For example if you need to draw out a character but feel you rather want to write the bio/story first then do write first. Or if you want to draw the character first then draw them first. etc.
4. Also start small. Set little milestones that can be as insignificant as. 'Sketch a draft', 'decide on a name', etc etc. I personally have trouble finishing projects so I'm working on little goals to help me reach that final big one.
5. Be a little selfish. Sometimes we want to create something that is objective that everyone would like, or what is popular and trending in pop culture. Sometimes that means denying ourselves from creating something that we would truly want. Because either it feels too "mary-sueish" or "edgy" or "problematic" with how everyone else sees. And we end up making something that we personally don't connect with. It's your thing you're doing and no one is commissioning or paying you to do it. so you make it how ever you want. That will give you motivation to see it through because it is out of your personal interest and taste. Think less of what others think and more of what you want. That will hold your interest in your project much more longer. For example, my guilty pleasure is certain age gap romances, which is something that doesn't agree with everyone. While I do have others are more normal, having that one romance pairing that I like, motivates me because it's theme I like to explore.
6. And trying not to be so hard/critical of my own abilities. When I pressure myself to make something perfect I often work on something less often. I doodle much more than actual final arts, and I accept that it won't come out as I wish. However sometimes those doodles do turn into final arts with me not forcing it to be perfect.
7. Surround yourself with things that you love, and or inspire you. Do research about what you want to draw, create, write etc. Sometimes collecting information and ideas help you motivate and gives you a better vision of what you want to do.
