# About me

I made a deviantArt account because I wanted to share my (very) amateur tanka poems with other users and get some opinions on it. I thought it's a good way to express my feelings and commit my personal thoughts which I don't expose to even my closest of friends to "paper". Constructive criticism, especially about my Japanese is very welcome, for I'm still learning the language.

Well, I can understand almost everything when watching Japanese movies or TV programs, but I'm not that good at speaking it in a conversation, because I don't have anyone to talk to in Japanese. I have to think a few seconds to make a longer or a more complex sentence when I want to have a conversation. I'm still learning, but I'd say I know the language pretty well :) (Smile)
