Hey, Zodiac? Would you mind helping me and giving a bit(or a lot) of critique on the anatomy? If not, its okay. I understand you have a life. [link] <3

I freaking love how you critique things and your opinions. You tell stuff how it /actully is/, and don't fluff it up and sugar coat it.
You don't get told that often enough, it seems.

Idk, I don't do many of them because people get butthurt and mad at me for no reason.
If you asked for a critique, then that's how I'm going to write.
If you asked for your ass to be kissed, It'll be blank. I don't deceive people like that. I'm a
terrible liar anyway, and it's not fair to the person who's trying to improve, even though
they probably don't want to hear it, but the things you usually want to hear, you need to.
It sucks, sure, but that's what you have to do sometimes to get better. Critique is only
useful if you realise that it's objective, and it doesn't mean anyone hates your guts or think
you're a stupid idiot who should go die.

Ah,ok. It probably was the guy playing bass. Terry and him were my favorites. But Mark was fucking awesome.

Mark is pretty much one of the Gods of Hard rock blues guitar. I wonder what it'd
sound like if he and Jimmy Page played together..

Artwork IS my work, though I don't make nearly enough to cover cost of living on my own.. Thus I live with my parents still. I would like to have a real job at some point, but it is unlikely that I would ever be hired due to physical issues.
Honestly? I see a lot of good work in your gallery. You work well with lighting and color, and you have decent anatomy skills, which is more than I can say for a lot of people out there. You put feeling into your artwork, which can really speak to the viewer. There's also a lot of potential to improve.
Artwork isn't about the views or the popularity. Its about the love of the activity and will to excede your own expectations on a project. Hell, half the time I don't even pay attention to how many watchers or views I have, and its a surprise when I actually do check.
It might be a good thing as well, not to be so suspicious of people's attention. Personally I don't favorite or watch anything that I do not actually like, nor do I sugar coat things.
Do with this information what you will, I'm only trying to help.

I don't think you understand this, so I'm going to explain it to you:
1. I live alone, I don't have much support, and I don't really have anywhere else to go.
I'm not sure how much longer I'm going to last, and I'm starving for half the day.
2. I was injured pretty badly about 3 years ago, and I never recovered. I was pushed down
the stairs by an alcoholic psycho and I crushed my sciatica and messed up my back
when I landed. I have tried many methods to alleviate the situation, including getting a
needle in it for cortisone injections, which have not worked. My last option is surgery, and it
seems highly unlikely that will help. I will likely be wheelchair bound sometime in the future.
I have a tough time finding work. At times my whole lower half will go numb because of my
nerve damage, and I won't be able to move for hours at a time.
3. My work will not be worth anything or any good until:
-I can make enough money off of it to live on
- I die (this will probably come first)
4. You'd be suspicious too if since the day you were born people have tried to get rid of you, or use
underhanded tactics to try and make sure you didn't succeed. I have been shot at, beaten, kicked out
of college, suspended, the list goes on, all because I'm bigger than most people and because of
the way I dress. I was sent away from home when I was 12 and was in and out of treatment
places because I didn't behave like most children, despite never really doing anything bad. I was in and
out of places until I graduated high school, and then, promptly kicked out.I was drugged up because I
was "sick" to the point where I really was sick. I was violently allergic to one of the pills they gave me
and I ended up in the hospital after I went into shock because my body couldn't handle all the drugs
inside me anymore. It's funny, because before, I didn't actually have any problems, but now I do.
You might want to consider walking in someone else's shoes before you make hasty generalizations.

Excuse me? When did I ever say anything about your situation or make any generalizations? I said you had good work, and explained that I don't favorite anything that I don't like. (I favorited your artwork AND watched you because I DO like your art.)
I said nothing about your situation or what may or may not have happened to you in the past.
Yes, I realize life is hard for people, and we each have different backgrounds. I would wish my life on nobody, just as I'm sure you'd wish yours on nobody else. We have trouble enough walking in our own shoes.
I'm only saying that you don't have to be so suspicious about people enjoying your artwork. If you have issues with people complimenting you for that, then I'm not sure what to tell you. Just let people enjoy it for themselves without being 'told off' for it. You can't expect to get very far with making money on it if you won't let people enjoy it.
Also, just to let you know, if you enjoy doing artwork then it IS worth something. I can see emotion in your art, which means you DO enjoy it... Otherwise you would not do it. Even if you aren't making money on it, it is worth something, even if it is only personal enjoyment. I just meant that money or popularity is only a secondary perk.
Have you ever tried obtaining something like social security or welfare? It takes a few tries to actually get it, but I'm sure with what you've described you'd be able to get those benefits without TO many tries.
I'm not trying to be rude, I'm trying to help you. If you can't see that then I apologies. Just try to take some of this into consideration. No matter what the situation is, you aren't trapped. There are ways to get to where you need to go. It may be a hell of a struggle, but sooner or later things will begin to look brighter.

You just made it seem like you had it so bad. Idk. People are always trying to compare
their lives to mine to make me feel better or maybe just piss me off, but really, it
doesn't do anything.
I kind of don't care that anyone really likes my art. I'm not even sure how I got all these
watchers in the first place.
I'm pretty much done with things as they are, and I'm probably just not going to make it.
It happens. Sometimes, no matter how hard you try, things won't work out, ever,
and I wasn't one of the lucky ones.

Wasn't trying to do that, was just stating some facts. Jobs for people with disabilities are hard to find, especially in recent times.
Don't give up though, no matter how many times you've tried in the past, and how many times you've failed. Its worth the effort. Maybe it dosn't seem like it now, and it may not seem like it for a long time...
But who knows what the future holds for any of us. That is where we must look.
You've gotten so many watchers because your art shows something special. Not all art has that.

I actually gave up a long time ago, I'm sticking around to see if things will get better
and stay better for me, but that never happens and I am preparing for my invariable end.
I've wanted this for a very long time now, and it's just something that I'm going to have
to do. I'm not ultra depressed or crying my eyes out or anything, really. I'm just disappointed.
I'm not sure what it is that compels them to do what they do, but whatever. I guess I don't
understand people.

Saddeningly enough.. I wish it was like it used to be.. Popularity contests are for the people who have nothing else to do with their lives...
Trying is really what truly matters in artists anyway. If you don't get noticed by the all high and mighty people, who cares. You at least gave it a shot and did what you liked to do. Besides. It's the little things that count! What you have been doing is getting you noticed and getting you the people who do recognize you. I believe.. That's what really counts in life anymore. Besides.. If you have fun doing it.. Why bother concerning yourself what others think? :3

I kind of wanted to, because I like being able to eat and afford rent.
I guess It's not really a big deal anymore, anyway, because I don't really plan
on making it to 25.
