yeah, the bay area definitely has opportunities when it comes to art, one of the many reasons i love it here, i live in the east bay.

I'm on the base, but I think we've given up hope of moving back closer to our families on the east coast (don't get me wrong, I love the bay, but I miss my family & friends back home) & are starting to look at houses between the bay & Sacramento.

Travis AFB. Between Vacaville & Fairfield.
SF is about a 45min drive, but I doubt I'll find any more "local" local groups.
Besides, my inspiration comes from SF lately. All I want to do is drive out with my camera & spend all day in random locations.

It really is. You get a little bit of everything in one place.
Kinda like epcot, but without all the super happy touristy crap & the addition of booze
