The cloaked woman in robes was wandering this strange area, her green eye was, normal, but her red eye glowed intensely from under her hood, she met up Kcintobor, and learned about the anti-freedom fighters, and well, she was going her best to find them. She approached the green hedgehog and looks into his eyes from under her hood. "Are you someone from the anti-freedom fighters..? I come, bearing a gift from the Doctor..." This gift was the gift of demise no less, but still, one could feel the slow, steady, build of energy from near the woman, as if she held a Chaos Emerald, but she yet to show the gift...

I also can agree with you as far as the character meaning a lot goes.. i mean Scourge generally has so much more to him than others realize.
