I see you're the same age as me and I would like to throw some random advice that I've found useful at you if that's okay.
I think it's very important that you take care of yourself and also know that you have complete power and control over yourself.
If you want to say no to something or someone, do it. No one can tell you what to do, and in the end only what you think and want matters.
People may try to pressure you into thinking you owe them something sometimes, but you don't.
The most important thing is that you're comfortable the way you are, what you do and who you choose to be with.
Because, as you said, you are a wonderful individual, and are irreplaceable. Don't let anyone make you believe anything else!
