Your Work is Really Excellent,
I would like to know if I could get your permission to modify some of your wallpapers for the purpose of making
Animated Wallpapers for both Dreams ( DeskScapes ) and / or Screensavers
They would be posted on the WinCustomize.com website as FREE public use downloads - not commercial - no money!
You will be named as the author of the wallpaper
Also a link back to to DA website here where the wallpaper is would be included.
Your permission would also be included in the Zip Folder with the Dream and or Screensaver.
If you agree to this , when I post one of your works I could leave you a link back here so you could check out the animations
I added to your works .

Yo te recomiendo que simplemente ni trates de razonar con estas personas. Se ponen muy bravos con respecto al "robo de arte" y hay quienes no se medirán en ser groseros.
Lamentablemente los renders son muy mal vistos por aquí y la gente se pone como loca si te dedicas a eso. Así que tienes dos opciones; borrarlo todo, o dar créditos de a que artista pertenece que dibujo... y con eso podrás evitarte muchos problemas.... aunque creo que ni así faltará uno que otro que se queje, pero pues ya serían otras cuestiones.

It is not my intention to upset anyone. This is simply a cut to be render, only used for signatures. It's just one more resource to do the work. Of course, this work is not mine, I apologize to the author, that all the credit here with his great talent

Please read through the dA copyright policy [link] after you did so, take a look at your whole gallery, and than ask yourself why you are uploading art by others while the dA rules clearly forbid so. Your account might get banned due to you being reported now by many dA members and someone from dA will go through your gallery and see what you did here.
I would suggest that you remove all deviations which are not 100% art by yourself if you want to prevent a ban and use dA in the future to share your OWN art.

You are really wrong, but it is really not my problem on the long run. It can be that your account will just be banned without any discussion by dA, or it can be that you get a warning and all your deviations will be removed. But the usual practise in cases like yours is a ban without any warnings.
There are many people like you who don't care or don't know the rules but that does not make your case any better. With your harley quinn render today you got to the frontpage..but that meant not positive feedback for you but that real artists got their eyes on you and your stuff.
Take it as a hint..not a warning..if i were you i would remove all the deviations in question asap.

i went through his gallery and from the 148 deviations it seems that only one..a logo is made by this person completely. The others are renders, avatars, signatures using offficial art of games etc and fan art as well.

This isn't Pinterest. You have to give credit to the original artist here. And honestly, I don't think you shouldn't post up art that's not yours to begin with, credit or not.
It's even more insulting that you blatantly erase the original signature on "your work". That's way past uncool.
It's not funny that you do this on a regular basis.

Copying art by others and erasing their signatures is quite uncool. You confused dA and its community with pinterest or tumblr maybe i guess. But here are people who don't tolerate art thefts.
