Yes I know. I have not been talking much lately due to the fact that I am having complications with drawing. Also with school starting, I have been trying to find some artists and drawings, plus inspirational music before I go back. I am going insane over the fact that I cannot figure out how I draw. I have been having a lot of troubles this year figuring out who I am as a sketch artist. Not just seeing someone's work on the computer and trying to copy that style. I am just a little out of it right now. Anyway, how have you been doing?

I'm doing moderately At the moment I'm just waiting... I have to wait for the state and government to decide if I'm as disabled as I am claiming I am XD It's an odd place to be in. I've always been very able and proud of that. And now I simply am not, but no one would know it to look at me. Oh well. If they do start paying me, I can really focus on my graphic design, and that makes me happy.

I wouldn't stress over finding a drawing identity, but that mostly comes from my own belief that we're always changing, and by searching for who we think we are, we're really just clinging to an illusion. Not everyone is going to have that view.

I hope things start looking more optimistic for you though!

Sorry about the long wait for the reply. Because of my mobile interface version of DArt, I can just now send and receive messages. By the way, I have found my drawing Identity, but it is not drawing like that horrible picture I wrongfully submitted. I will finally post something new sometime this week. I have proportions and correct figures down pat. (Now I just need to learn photoshop and not be so "old school") I guess getting life where you want it to be can lead to very unexpected results! (No numbers, No letters, I am me.)

Kinda like the imbeciles who hound on ne for drawing anthro. I do it because first, animal faces are easier to draw, and second, animals can be mischeivous, happy, sad, erotic, and cutesy. (At least a lot better than cartoon humans can portray). Sorry to swich the subject, but I had to blow some steam.

Well, I wouldn't take it to heart DA doesn't seem like a site that's open to various topics. o_o
I like the band picture. Their stylization is neat.
As for easier/harder, it's apparent that drawing people is easier than animals for a lot of people too. It seems to be dependent mostly where the heart is and practice. But so long as you're happy and drawing what and how you want, go for it
