Hopefully within the next couple of months I can get back into stained glass.... I have a few Legend of Zelda windows that I want to make O.O Β The ones I posted I made back in high school so I had all their tools. Β I'm going to be buying my own with my tax returns and hopefully I can open up an Etsy shop :3
I'll also go through all my photos and probably post them... I've been doing (amateur) photography for the past 5 years. Β I need to get back into drawing, I was getting pretty good before I stopped haha

I would love to get into sandblasting O.O Β Our glass teacher showed us some and we were supposed to do it, but ended up not being able to.... Β Heck even simple acid etching one layer can look hella good haha
And yes! Β Stained glass + Zelda = win :3 Β Β I gave the Peach panel to a friend and they're commissioning me to design a matching Zelda one, and one of their family members will make it (I moved away from California to Colorado a few years ago)
I WILL be doing my own renditions of the series' classic pieces, as well as designing my own

I know a lot of people do the acid etching, but we like the idea of the Sand Blasting more.Β It's a bit safer for the artist, and it's a bit more "earth friendly" since you reuse the sand over and over again.Β That acid can really mess a person up if they accidentally spill it on themselves.Β It's strong stuff!
