If my parents pay for me to go to Japan, I cant go to Otakon or any conventions next year. I also cant travel with them if they take a plane somewhere next summer. Japans just too expensive.
My mum said she'd rather pay for me to go to the Twilight convention than Japan anyway so that I can get her Dr. Carlisle's autograph ^_^;

This means that she's making sure that someone like you really exists! Kaze believes that if anything isn't real she'll blink (since you don't tend to blink in dreams) just to make sure that you don't go away!
